Raw Cacao Balls & Chocana Protein Smoothie Recipes

Raw Cacao Balls

150 grams Lotus Pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

150 grams pitted dates

50 grams Power Super Foods Cacao Powder

2 Tablespoons Loving Earth Coconut Oil

2.5 tablespoons Loving Earth Agave Syrup Light or rice malt syrup or raw honey

1 tablespoon The Chia Co white chia seeds

2 tablespoons Naturally Goji Tibetan Goji Berries

1/4 teaspoon vanilla stevia

a pinch of himalayan salt

You will need a food processor or thermomix to blend the balls.

1. Mill pumpkin seeds to a fine powder. Set aside in a bowl for later.

2. Grind dates until they look like a paste

3. Add milled pumpkin seeds and all remaining ingredients.

4. Blend until all mixed together.

5. Roll into balls and either leave plain or roll in coconut or cacao powder.

6. Refrigerate 


Chocana Protein Smoothie

1 Banana

1 scoop Define Vanilla Protein Powder

1 Tablespoon Power Super Foods Cacao Powder

1 Tablespoon The Chia Co white chia seeds

1 cup Almond milk

1 Tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)

Blend all ingredients in your blender and enjoy :)
